- Available in null and A through E variants:
- The Null variant is confirmed Iwatsu SS-5702.
- The 'A' variant appears to be a Goldstar OS-7020A
- The 'B' variant appears to be a Goldstar OS-9020A
- The 'C' variant is unknown, can't find a picture
- The 'D' variant appears to be a GW Instek GOS-622G
- The 'E' variant appears identical to the D variant from the front
Notes #
Important! Information listed here is for the null variant.
- 20MHz bandwidth, dual trace, TV-Vertical triggering mode.
- Has XY mode with Z intensity on the back, so serviceable as a sweep gen display with intensity marking.
- Frontend uses 2SK30A-Y in diode connection for negative going input protection, see repair post and 'JFETs Don't Leak' below.
- Frontend uses uPA61AM dual JFET in a TO-78-8 package as source follower with constant current bias, see repair post below.
- Vertical preamp uses HA1127 Quintuple Transistor Array, see 'Quintuple Transistor Arrays and You' below.
