Important! Information listed here is for the null variant.

• 20MHz bandwidth, dual trace, TV-Vertical triggering mode.
• Has XY mode with Z intensity on the back, so serviceable as a sweep gen display with intensity marking.
• Frontend uses 2SK30A-Y in diode connection for negative going input protection, see repair post and 'JFETs Don't Leak' below.
• Frontend uses uPA61AM dual JFET in a TO-78-8 package as source follower with constant current bias, see repair post below.
• Vertical preamp uses HA1127 Quintuple Transistor Array, see 'Quintuple Transistor Arrays and You' below.
